Our Story
We are Viajes y Servicios Turísticos Flamenco S.A.C., a Cusco-based travel agency founded in 2010 by María Nivia Ortiz Cárdenas, a tourism entrepreneur with 26 years of experience in the industry. Nivia knows Peru from the inside: its trails, its towns, its seasons, and the people who make every journey possible. Drawing on that experience, she created Flamenco Travel, an agency where every itinerary is crafted with the care of someone welcoming a guest into their own home.
Since then, we have welcomed travelers from all over the world, including families, couples, groups of friends, adventurers, and those seeking comfort, on routes that range from Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley to Lake Titicaca, Arequipa, the Colca Canyon, Lima, Paracas, and Huacachina.

Our Team
Alongside Nivia works a team of university-trained professionals in tourism-related fields: business administration, a bachelor's degree in tourism, chartered accounting, and professional translation in Czech, English, and German. This combination allows us to serve travelers in their own language, plan every detail with technical expertise, and handle every booking with the reliability and transparency of a formal, well-managed company.
