We process your data in accordance with Peru's Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, its Regulations, and all other applicable Peruvian regulations.

- Identification data: full name, passport or ID number, nationality, date of birth, and sex.
- Contact data: email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and country of residence.
- Travel data: booked tours, dates, hotel, arrival and departure flights, and preferences.
- Payment data: payment receipts and billing details. We do not store your full card details; these are processed by banks or payment gateways.
- Sensitive data: health conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions, only when you share them with us for your safety during the trip.
- Browsing data: cookies and technical data about your use of our website.
4. Purpose of Processing
We use your data to:
- Manage your bookings and provide the services you have contracted.
- Purchase Machu Picchu entrance tickets, Inca Trail permits, train tickets, and other services in your name.
- Issue payment receipts and comply with tax and legal obligations.
- Communicate with you before, during, and after your trip.
- Respond to emergencies and ensure your safety.
- With your prior consent, send you promotions, news, and satisfaction surveys.
5. Consent
By sending us your data and accepting this policy, you give your free, prior, express, and informed consent for us to process it for the purposes stated above. We request additional consent for marketing purposes and for sensitive data, and you may withdraw it at any time.
6. Who We Share Your Data With
We only share the data necessary to provide our services with:
- Public entities such as Peru's Ministry of Culture and SERNANP (National Service of Protected Natural Areas), for entrance tickets and permits.
- Train companies, transport providers, hotels, guides, and local operators that are part of your itinerary.
- Banks and payment gateways.
- Competent authorities, when required by law.
Some of these providers may be located outside Peru, such as email or payment services. In such cases, this constitutes an international data transfer, carried out with the safeguards required by law.
7. Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as our business relationship lasts and, afterward, for the period required to meet legal and tax obligations, for example 5 years. Data used for marketing purposes is kept until you withdraw your consent.
8. Security
We apply technical, organizational, and legal measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or alteration. Only authorized staff, bound by confidentiality, have access to it.
9. Your Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection (ARCO) at any time, as well as your rights to information and to withdraw your consent. To do so, email us at info@flamencotravel.com with your name and a copy of your ID. We will respond within the time limits set by law.
If you believe we have not properly addressed your request, you may file a complaint with the National Authority for Personal Data Protection of Peru's Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
10. Database Registration
Your data is stored in Flamenco Travel's customer database, registered with or in the process of registration with Peru's National Registry of Personal Data Protection. The registration code will be published on this page once assigned by the RNPDP.
11. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to function properly and to analyze its use. You can set your browser to reject them, although some features may not be available.
12. Minors
Data belonging to minors is processed only with the authorization of their parents or legal guardians, and solely to manage the trip.
